I suppose they have a right to if they feel their IP is being abused, but ir comes off as really petty when you make more in a night than most people will in a couple years and yet you resort to suing over a project that might make five or six figures.

My first thought was maybe that's what Ion Maiden was going for, but visually it doesn't really seem to do anything to invoke the band's image or pop cultural status. For them to say it looks like their mobile game is just silly
