If you have no clue what you're doing it shouldn't take more than 35 min to kill any given enemy. Sub 20 min if you're well geared. Sub 10 minutes if you're really good. Not trying to convince you to give it a try or anything, just saying. It's not really an issue. There is not "bikini" armor, you could use layered armor, but in the same vein you can make males completely topless aswell.
