Like, custom text/font/color that has see-through backing, where I can press it to the object I am decaling, and then remove top layer and it sticks? Is there like a reputable website or anything?

Shutterfly and VistaPrint allow you to create your own stickers/ decals. I think you would need to upload the design you want or drag and drop it into a box on their site.
