I would not say people's claims are over-exaggerated at all. CDPR shit the bed by releasing it on consoles at all, they clearly thought the issues were fixable before launch but they were wrong. I guess their backup plan was to hope people didn't kick up too much of a stink about it, but for one of the most hyped games of all time?
