a good example is the army who most senior officials are conservative, they basically want everyone to have the same 3 haircuts. I bet that if they could they would make everyone have plastic surgery to look the same

It's flawed in that you're painting with too broad brush, but there is definitely a notable subset of liberals that are beyond obsessed with labels.

Duckbear just made a topic about some whiny kid who got himself on the news after breaking a school dress code, which is beyond insignificant, and he phrased in a way that would make people angry at Conservatives, even though it had nothing to do with them

It's good enough for people who just use X demographic to blame every fart on.

I know it's anecdotal, but I'm surrounded by conservatives who can never resist pointing out people with haircuts they don't approve of.

I think that's just old people. Old people and middle-aged women are the natural enemies of long hair.

My super entire family is Democratic and they just get so wound up about my hair when it's too long.
