Started playing it now and thought it wouldn't be too bad. No it's still kinda scary at least to me. Although I do get scared easily anyway.

Kinda curious, with all the other horror games after it, do people think it lost its scariness, or maybe it never had it at all.

It has a pretty good atmosphere and got me a few times. The controls may be shit but it adds to the horror as you try to attack the enemy but it makes you panic and stress (good stress) as you struggle to aim at the enemy.

This game does horror way better than most games this gen, which is pretty sad.
