That I'm bad at it is kinda embarassing since I literally don't have anything important to do. ... Anyways; i just enjoyed a nice 5 minute rah on my rowing maching and felt I got a good workout. Ya, 5 minutes. Less than 1 minute to get my shoes and set up and put it away, and I SHOULD be doing this twice a day Not once a month And it's not lack of motivation, since I'm almost always A-ready-to-go, I just am very task avoidant --- "Salt cures Everything!"
