I mean, compare her to Turrican who also is a genetically engineered warrior (although from scratch, not bioformed like the Chozo can do) and his arsenal includes a SPIKY morph ball and a LOT more firepower in his quest to stop Mother Brain, I mean MORGUL.
Turrican is faster, stronger, can jump higher (not farther weirdly) But it's not a total domination; in terms of arsenal Samus' kit is a lot more specialized. Her beam and missile weapons can be upgraded to much more niche uses making her more like a scalpel compared to Turrican's broadsword. Turrican's shockwave generator is comparable to a Power Bomb, but Power Bombs can cause a lot more devastation in confined spaces where as the shockwave generator kinda just passes through things. Samus has higher maximum speed with the speed booster, but Turrican can maintain a higher average... and can aim in more than 8 directions. Also, Turrican's armour is a lot stronger... However, Samus' power armour has shields which lets her do a ton of things that Turrican can't such as, like, be exposed to space or Metroids without instantly dying. --- "Salt cures Everything!" I don't know much about Turrican except that the composer is Chris Huelsbeck so the music is fantastic

Factor 5 made lots of games for lots of systems
Mega Turrican is arguably the best and that's a Mega Drive/Genesis exclusive also, Star Wars Rebel Assault II The Hidden Empire on PlayStation is by far my favorite Star Wars game by Factor 5, no competition --- Kill the legs first, that's an ironclad battle tactic! ... Copied to Clipboard!
