"Racism is the lowest, most crudely primitive form of collectivism. It is the notion of ascribing moral, social or political significance to a man's genetic lineage -- the notion that a man's intellectual and characterological traits are produced and transmitted by his internal body chemistry. Which means, in practice, that a man is to be judged, not by his own character and actions, but by the characters and actions of a collective of ancestors."
Racism is simply an ugly form of collectivism, the mindset that views humans strictly as members of groups rather than individuals... By encouraging Americans to adopt a group mentality, the advocates of so-called diversity actually perpetuate racism. Their obsession with racial group identity is inherently racist... we should understand that racism will endure until we stop thinking in terms of groups and begin thinking in terms of individual liberty.
These quotes belong to two different people, can you guess who?!

Ron Paul now leading in Iowa and New Hampshire. Media now forced to cover him. Rather than cover his surge, they cover him as "Ron Paul is a racist" and pretend that 25-year old newsletters not written by him and already disavowed multiple times are a newsworthy item.

So...what this article is saying is that libertarian policies are generally better economically for the rich, and worse economically for the poor? Um...thank you captain obvious?
Kind of a dick thing to do, but I can't get TOO upset...
Oooh, neat! Paul's in the running for my favourite candidate, and Bachmann's in the running for my least favourite, so I approve. Given that Bachmann was the "Tea Party Candidate", hopefully the Tea Party will change their endorsement to Paul, too.

Bachmann is the Obama of the right. Her rhetoric is extreme and appeals to the more radical elements, but her actions really aren't substantially different from the average centrist member of her own party.

Well you gotta admit it's the smartest tactic that you can use. If you can convince the masses that someone is a racist or bigot, they will condemn him no matter what his redeeming qualities may be. As if there have never been great leaders who were bigoted in any regard...
Regardless of whether Ron Paul is a bigot or not (and I don't believe him to be one), he has repeatedly said that he wants freedom for all, so obviously he's not letting these feelings influence his policy (unlike Rick Perry and Santorum who are openly proud to be bigoted).

My Japanese alter-ego. Hey all this is Bartz btw.
I just printed a bunch of these and am bout to put them everywhere. Any ideas where I should do it? I was thinking on the windshields of the cars in the mall parking lot.
You've probably seen the original image of this, but I changed the bottom link to something more fitting.

I'm not going to waste my time refuting all the specific points, but the abortion one comes to mind. He basically says "I think life starts at conception so you're wrong" more or less.
But really, the guy is so totally fanatical for Ron Paul (who I do support, don't get me wrong) that the video lacks any sort of objectivity whatsoever.

No, actually the main point of that specific refutation was that Ron Paul's position is not "make all abortion illegal" but rather "I believe abortion should be illegal, but that the federal government has no business deciding it." Which is pretty much Ron Paul's position on everything.
I'm kind of sympathetic to this problem. Americans have become so accustomed to tyrannical leadership where our politicians act as dictators and where a statement of "I believe in X" automatically implies "I will do whatever I can to insist that X is imposed upon the entire nation." For Ron Paul, that is NOT the case. He actually believes in the concept of freedom. He WON'T just dictate his own personal preferences on the entire nation, because doing so is unconstitutional.
But really, the guy is so totally fanatical for Ron Paul (who I do support, don't get me wrong) that the video lacks any sort of objectivity whatsoever.
And? I can't stand this reasoning. The myth of the "objective media." So Adam is unqualified to talk about Ron Paul because he likes Ron Paul? So who IS qualified to talk about politics? People who have no preference whatsoever? As if it is even remotely possible to have a detailed knowledge of global issues and have no opinion on them. Adam does not claim to be objective, nor do I, nor does Glenn Beck, or Rush Limbaugh, or Lew Rockwell, or Judge Napolitano, or anyone else.
I am totally unobjective in this topic. I am heavily biased in favor of Ron Paul because I like freedom. That doesn't mean that my statements in here aren't worth reading, or that they are somehow less likely to be accurate. All it means is that, if you're suspicious of my claims, you need to do a little more research. I never discourage anyone from doing more research, nor does Adam, nor does Glenn Beck, nor does.... well, you get it. The truth comes out eventually.
