Also, I'm pretty sure nobody remembers this but I actually attempted to start a board-wide writing project in '04. The idea was that users would write stories with characters - either existing or made up - who all shared the same world. So it was basically the FFP, but with any character you'd want instead of just video game characters who participated in the contest, and any story you'd want instead of just said video game characters duking it out.

It was way too ambitious for its own good and I didn't even remotely get close to starting anything up, but man, it would've been awesome if it actually did come into being. We had a lot of great writers back then who could've made it something cool.

I've tried to do two Battle Royale projects on the Snakes on a Plane board.

The first was a CYOA where everyone got to make choices for their own character and there were hidden weapons and a map that they explored and a bunch of other things to keep track of. It was way to complex for me to keep up with and I only got like three choices in before I gave up.

The second was a normal one which got stopped when I got a job. I still plan on going back and finishing it. Someday...

Evolution doesn't start winning episodes till 2nd season, their 1st season was just eh/bleh.
