I'd say he was at his best last year.

His biggest weakness is that he was still fairly mediocre for the first half of the year.

Still though, no one else really had any sort of dominant run like that in 2010.

Cena won a Chamber and had 1 decent reign where he dominated Batista, but after Dave was gone he lost it. He had one other reign lasting 5 minutes, and in the later part of the year he struggled against Nexus. I'd give him 5th Place.

Miz rose up through the midcard to the main event with 2 strong US Title reigns, a Unified Tag reign, a MitB win, and finally the WWE Championship. I'd give him 4th place.

Orton had a nice reign towards the end of the year, and did fairly well over the rest of the year with no real dips after getting rid of Legacy until Miz came along in December. I'd give him 3rd Place.

Sheamus had 2 reigns that when combined pretty much equal Kane's, and he also won King of the Ring, but his reigns were shakier than Kane's reign was. Still I think he's the clear 2nd Place.

And yeah, Kane's dominant 5 months gives him #1.

10.) Jack Swagger (MitB win + WHC reign)

Swagger just barely edges out Rey for #10. I feel like his reign was better, as sad as that sounds.

As far as impact on the titles go, I mean.

I thought the resolution of that storyline was pretty hilarious

Angelina and Winter are hanging out backstage, Madison Rayne walks up to them and talks a bunch of trash to Winter, and then Angelina cuts her off and says some random crap. Madison Rayne laughs and is like "oh, you talk now?"

And that was pretty much it. Honestly it was probably for the best once they started the zombie thing. Lot of potential there but they blew it when they started with that for more than one week.

I think the PPV is Mickie/Winter, but Mickie/Velvet might happen on some Impact before then?

In any case, the drugging ALSO seemed to make Angelina into some no-selling Undertaker-like beast. Winter probably should have stuck with that.

man, dragon's legit good on the mic as a goody goody face and talking cole down without being a heel in the process. and he gave Slater the guy's best singles match (and probably will be his best match for the year).

nah, not a knock on him, he won me over in MITB pretty well. i mean i still want to punch him in the face every time he opens his mouth so that he can shut up, but his ring work's quite solid, which is surprising as hell due to, as you said, his being a lackey for... pretty much his entire WWE career thus far. Slater's never looked better than he did in that match, and appeared like a legit mid-carder. far more than i would've expected.

but guys that size are the ones Dragon's most familiar with and can easily bring out the best in 'em to wrestle a great match, and nobody can put on a match better than him either, so.... yeah. doubt they'll be feuding too since you've gotta push the MITB winner.

one because i'm pretty sure wrestling a broomstick is easier for the guy.
two because i have a hard time seeing wwe put Dragon over.

Wade and Sheamus feuding does suck for him though, as both are pretty nice setups for him. Wade gets you the Nexus backstory, Sheamus gets you the US Title all over again, and they aren't Henry or Khali. ...that leaves Cody, Christian, and Orton. and i'm not sure what Cody's doing right now either.
