GOTY is cheap on Steam again, and this time I might just go for it. Cheapest I can find the PS3 GOTY online is about £10 more.

So, if I got the Steam version, the 3D option would be useless as I have no glasses, but I'm not too bothered about that. The question is whether the Joker maps (and whatever else is in the PS3 but not Steam version) is worth getting?

Should I carry on holding out for a retail copy on PS3, or just take the stupidly cheap Steam one?

i believe it's just joker for the challenge maps, so if that sounds interesting to you, get the ps3 version. it's not that big a deal, though.
