Die Hard 1 is an exceptional movie and untouchable, yes. The series as a whole is kind of lackluster. 2 is just awful. 3 is okay at best with some laughter here and there. 4 is good, but not great.
Lethal Weapon ranged from good to great. 1 is my favorite in that series.
