That sounds a lot like the actual law currently instated in this country. They just don't want to allow it. Well more accurately, they wouldn't be able to control the distribution of something that grows naturally and they know it, but still.

I find it to be a tad ridiculous that discussion isn't even allowed.

Gay marriage is at least legal in some places and is a hot topic of debate all around, regardless.

The other isn't legal anywhere in GameFAQs' biggest userbase, so it's a little different.

That's how I justify it in my head, at least.
