I was this way until somewhat recently, when I realized I could tolerate or like tomatoes in some other forms, like on burgers or in chunks in pasta sauces.

well, it is one thing to not like tomatoes, that is ok. but being unable to eat them without throwing up? but accepting them in other forms? it is a little bit odd no?

Oh my goodness, I'm pretty much the exact same way.

I like ketchup, tomato soup, and tomato paste, and I can tolerate tomatoes cooked waaaay down in like Brunswick stew, but those big old slices of disgusting raw tomatoes they like to drape over my bacon cheesburger can stay the f*** away from me!

I like any form of Tomato. I can pretty much eat Tomatoes all day every day for the rest of my life. Mmmmm, especially those tomato grape things.

I love tomatoes, but they are really only good if you grow them yourself or buy them from someone who does, those mass produced, reddened tomatoes they sell in grocery stores are severely lacking in taste.
