Its the first game but theres more moves and the gameplay is tweaked

like, IIRC, you can juggle enemies!

Is it for the better? I've played DD within the last year or so, so I'm aware that the game isn't perfect, but it's still incredibly fun and has a ballin' soundtrack.

Congratulations to BlAcK TuRtLe, the Guru champion for the 2010 GotD.

Double Dragon Advance is greatness. The remixed soundtrack, the improved combat system, added levels, enemies, weapons, modes, etc. It's a loving tribute to one of the original beat'em'ups. You can totally Flying Dragon Kick a guy and then stomp on them like Bruce Lee in "Enter the Dragon"

Oh, and Billy and Jimmy Lee look like Fist of the North Star characters. So, there's that!

Yeah DD Advance is great. That 1-player co-op mode where you control both characters is hilariously dumb to mess around with, too
