There's been a big uproar about NOA not bringing it over to the states. You can get it and post about it to annoy the Americans here, it seems like something you might enjoy.

ETA: I'm an American but I'm importing so I don't care. There are a lot of whiners who are too lazy to import.

IGN pretty much hates the ground nintendo walks on and would sow it with salt so nothing would ever grow there again if they could, so I'm not seeing the bias argument here, if anything their bias just makes it more impressive
