Swallowing anything that isn't liquid doesn't hurt, it makes me feel like my throat is on fire. Drinking tea with vodka sort of relieves the pain temporarily, but generally this is the single worst case of "sore throat" I've ever had. <3 Tonsillitis

Except I'm not exaggerating, they literally are.

My surgeon told me this last week.

Getting them removed next week, I'm stoked.

I don't know, I can't remember ever having this as a kid, but this is my second infection in a year.

My uvula is also swollen and constantly pressing against my tongue. I've never felt this miserable without a fever.
