This site's ToU is a joke.

I think that was because of the fact the mods had no choice but to suspend someone who violated the ToU in the Answers. I believe they couldn't even hand out NKLs, 3KLs, or Warnings because they didn't have the option provided to them in the moderator interface for Answers. Suspend was the only option they had. I've heard that was changed a while ago, but I'm not sure on that one unless a mod could confirm that or not.

Ulti should have asked that on the board instead of using Answers. Answers is restricted to questions about the actual game (as in the storyline, game play, enemy/boss help). Even if the board doesn't have topicality, it doesn't carry over to Answers as well.

Ulti did violate the ToU for using Answers the way that he did, but I will agree that he was moderated too harshly for it. He shouldn't have been suspended for that, but mods were unable to choose any option other than suspend.

That's because the ToU only covers the boards. It's the Message Board Terms of Use. There is no written ToU for Answers, Polls, Top 10s, FAQs or any other part of the site.

Reading through the hellhole topics you see people asking for help...these people never get a response from a mod unless it is some kind of smug condescension. A recent topic there was questioning all the topics closed on the board. I brought up the point that any topic I create is locked, even top ten game lists. I knew raptor had a 'vendetta' against me and said so, his reply was essentially 'I am much to important to worry about someone like you'. Obviously he is lying as he takes the time to selectively abuse his power in closing my topics for no reason, but that shows how insecure and self righteous this kid is.

and hellhole is a game board. if you type it in your game search it should be the first thing that pops up. Not really a fun board though...

Now, if I were to say RaptorLC is an awful mod (I'm not saying that he is), would I get modded? Would I get modded for voicing my opinion? Would I get modded for obeying the 1st Amendment?? Somebody answer these questions.

^Yes because you are on a private website. By registering you agreed to obey the ToU which, in this environment, supercede your first amendment rights because you agreed to be a part of a legally binding agreement when you created your account.

I think if you phrase it as an opinion instead of fact it circumvents the flame part. if you say 'raptor is terrible' that may be flaming but if you say 'I think raptor is a terrible mod' that should be ok.
