A lot of student groups give them out for free for like, pretty much the whole first week.
Also, being a lesbian, you'd think I would never have to buy condoms, but all of my straight girl friends are too chicken/embarrassed to go into a store and buy them. I'm pretty sure I've bought more condoms than anyone I know -__-

But seriously, just walk into a walmart/cvs/rite aid/walgreens/gas station/target/grocery store. If you're really that awkward, you can use a self checkout or order them online or something, but if you're that self conscious about you are unlikely to need them.
