Hey, does anyone know of a good wireless internet USB adapter? My parents need one for their old desktop computer. It's running Windows XP, so it should be compatible, and the wireless router we have is a Netgear. Does the adapter have to be a netgear as well?
The computer is going to be hooked up in the basement and the router is upstairs, will that matter?
I'm not really sure about what all I need to know before making this purchase.
