I'll put it this way: I tried voting for Ryu/Akuma earlier. The database suggested Ken instead. Akuma wasn't even an option listed. That oughtta tell you that rivalry's chances right there.

The database suggestion system is intended to cut down on spelling mistakes when making nominations. Cause in the past, there's been problems with Crono/Chrono and that's been blamed on Crono getting a poor seed in previous contests before SBAllen implemented a system that gives you nomination suggestions if you make a mistake or it's not listed in the database.

The suggestions listed in the database contain all of the most commonly nominated choices, as well as some obscure choices that could be misspelled.
