I just randomly picked 4 Aflac commercials on Youtube, and only one of them had someone that could be referred to as an "african-american senior dude" and he was too far away to tell if he was frowning.

The old Aflac commercials used to have an older black guy who would see the duck doing weird things and would react to it with a weird look.

Doesn't seem to be too common now, but it used to be the schtick of the commercials.
