Not at all. One crappy customer can ruin 20 good ones, and working in retail that's probably an underestimate.

I'm actually not that bothered by the bad ones honestly. I'll get a couple exceptional ones now and then, but most of them are just in a bad mood or rude if anything, never offensive, and the majority of customers are good ones that override them.
