Crono is the weakest and then it's debatable between Sonic and Mega Man. Sonic made several absolute crap games, but he's seriously making quality again. I'll give you that the Adventures, Heroes, Shadow the Hedgehog and Sonic 2K6 were all mediocre to horrible (unless you like raising Chao). Even if you're against 3D, Advanced and Rush are 2D and Half of Generations is going to be.
