I've been meaning to watch more American Dad for a while, and when I heard there was an episode about a hot tub voiced by Cee Lo Green, I knew I had to watch it.

Yeah, that was pretty awesome. :D

American Dad is pretty awesome, yes. It's too bad a lot of people don't give it a chance either due to never watching any of it past the first few episodes, or associating it with Seth MacFarlane/Family Guy and automatically passing it off as s*** (I'm looking at you, Punch).

American Dad is easily the best of the Fox cartoons atm

Actually I think it's the writing staffs that have a lot to do with it. I think the only FG episode written by Seth himself was the pilot (there may have been more but it would be no more than a handful).

I just don't like the show. I would find it so so if it wasn't for the alien, but that character is so consistently annoying that the show goes from 'alright' to 'terrible' for me.

I have read that Roger is polarizing. Personally he's my second favorite behind Bullock. The fact that he's so over the top sociopathic is what makes him funny to me, but to each his own.

Being better than Family Guy is no accomplishment. American Dad still sucks.

American Dad is kinda... ehhh, but it manages to be a lot better than Family Guy. I'm not really sure why, it's still a Seth MacFarlane show with a terrible cast, but for whatever reason the writing actually stumbles into being funny sometimes.

American Dad is amazing. Top tier comedy show. Seth has nothing to do with it past voicing a few characters, which makes it phenomenal. More people ought to watch it.

I've watched several episodes of American Dad, and it is sometimes hilarious and other times stupid. I would watch it if was on, but otherwise I never went out of my way. I still wouldn't.

And I sure as s*** will never say it's the best animated comedy, not while Futurama still exists in this universe.
