Have you not seen Jamie Benn? Modano is a legend for us, that's never gonna change, but Jamie Benn is filling his void quite beautifully...

1.Yes.
2. Well...I guess yes, but only when I'm watching with a group of hocky fans (e.g. Canadians). I never watch it on my own while living in Georgia, for example. (But yes, ice sports top tier. Even if Ringette > Hockey).
3. Depends what kind. There are some pretty atrocious pancakes (when people make them too thick and chewy) whereas waffles are consistently good. I'd take Crepes over waffles pretty consistently, though. Not sure where this puts me on this issue.
4. Haven't played LttP, although from all I've heard I wouldn't like it much. OoT is alright, but doesn't really stand out to me that much.
5. I thought the SNES one was pretty good, but I haven't played any of the newer games.

So...one yes, and four ambiguous answers. Not sure where that puts me....

I don't really care if somebody can take his place on the team and win games, though. It's like when Aikman retired from the Cowboys but in this case Modano was the only player I cared about in the whole league <_<
