I keep getting about 10-15 hours in myself then starting a new character. Onto my fourth one now, thought I'd try an unarmed character - Ayuyu is right - you slaughter enemies pretty easily early on. Haven't even gone to see the Jarl yet, thought I'd try the companions first, done a fair chunk of that. The fight with the person in the pub at the start for example was over in 4 or 5 swings.

All the guild questlines are really short. That's one of the few things Oblivion did better than Skyrim, the guilds are pretty disappointing.

I've reached that point, like I do in all Elder Scrolls games, where I don't bother looting most enemies or even most chests, I have every home in the game save the DB sanctuary in Dawnstar, 50000 gold, and at least 9 chests filled with weapons, armor and miscellaneous s*** I'm never gonna use. I've run into the issue where no merchant has enough gold for me to pawn all the useless s*** I have off on them, but it's almost all enchanted stuff so I don't want to throw any of it away. Most of the cool looking stuff I have displayed, but I've run out of display spots.


You're underachieving. There's an achievement for having 100000 gold in your pocket.

All the fences for the thieves guild have 3000-4000 gold a piece, at least for me.

Goddamnit, I'm level 15 and I can't find a single dagger better than Steel, it's getting annoying !

I've checked every single merchant, they all have dwarven and orcish weapons, but no daggers.

Creatures and people up to level 17 flee for 30 seconds. Upon strike of course.

I hit them once and they run away like sissy girl.

LV31 now, haven't progressed the storyline at all since going to the dragon graveyard with Delphine.

I've been doing nothing but miscellaneous quests and wandering around. My initial goal was to get a full set of Daedric Armor, and I did that and got my Daedric Warhammer. Only thing I need is a Daedric Bow and I'm good. Now I'm going around hunting down words for shouts and leveling my enchanting, smithing hit 100 a while back. Killed about 25 dragons and 3 dragon priests in the process.

I've got Aela wearing legendary Orcish Armor and Vokun and sometimes she pops up behind me when I turn around and scares the crap outta me. I might have to take the freaking mask off of her.

I'm amazed at how much I like this game considering how much I disliked Oblivion.

It is surprisingly hard to get the guards to give you a 1000 gold bounty. Just said f*** it and went for the Master Criminal achievement, and in a couple towns it took 3 or 4o guards killed before that popped up, btw, judging by this crime spree, I could single-handily take over Skyrim and kill anyone who opposes me, and even some small armies.

Hmmm

Im trying to do a quest for the Jarl of Riften, and I needed to go to get some info on a Skooma operation. She gave me the key to the warehouse, and some dude attacked me

I kicked his ass, and downstairs is a locked door, im 99% sure this is where I need to go... but im missing the key.

Its not on dudes body, im not sure what to do.

So I killed that first named dragon. Was late at night, so it was a pretty cool scene and fight! Though when I saw that he had low health, I rushed in with my (fine) iron sword (yeah, pretty brutal) and got hit hard a couple times. Still killed him though, got FUS!!

Arch Mage robes rule tbh, and that mask you get from the last Mage College quest is badass as hell too.


My mage is now level 20. Just finished the Mage College questline and now I'm just randomly doing quests and looking for houses to spend money on.

Sometimes followers just disappear. Where were you when she vanished? Was she with you?

If she was she should make her way back to either the Jarl's place in Whiterun or the house there if you've bought it. She's supposed to, anyway.

If she disappeared from those places I have no clue.
