He doesn't have a best moment. He as well as several of the characters have so many fantastic moments, you can't just choose one.

None of the funny lines or moments that made Turk one of the best characters on the show.

Oh yes the Warrior is definitely one of his best moments.

But as I said he doesn't have one best moment. He has several. His dancing scenes are some of his best because he's awesome at dancing and it's a big aspect of his character.
