I had hoped to replay the series in order, but I can't find a PS1 memory card for MGS1, so I suppose that'll have to wait for last.

I assume you don't have a PS3 then, otherwise you would just be playing MGS1 on there with its internal PS1 memory card.

You should get a PS3.

I've run into a snag playing MGS1 on the PS3. Putting the controller into port 2 doesn't help you beat Psycho Mantis. I don't know how else to beat him. Anyone know anything?

Press the PS button and look for the option to switch the controller ports.

(Mantis is also beatable without switching controllers!)
