I was gonna turn it to the Japanese dub if it was bad but this is just another level of terrible entirely

Gameplay seems pretty decent so far, if slow as hell! Levelling individual stats is a pretty cool concept.

except Yuri because even though it's Uru due to this crappy localization, turning into a demon is fun and swell

maybe Shizuka because double fans of doom

i dunno, should i be consulting tier lists for this s*** or something, I'm getting a ton of swordsmen

You absolutely need to build up Grave, since there's a stage a couple chapters in where he has a solo fight where you can get stuck if you save over your file during the intermission.

Other characters get forced into the party for some battles, but most of the other instances are easy to work around since there isn't a failure condition if they die. Though I think Okita, Yuri, Grave, Hiro, Carmaine, and Zeonsilt get forced into battles in the last chapter so it might be worth using them a little bit at least.

Well that's kinda dumb but I was thinking about using Grave in my party anyways.

Is Uru pretty good if you put +Realize and +SP items on him? 30% boost to all stats in Realize is kinda huge, and he's tanky enough to where I can just toss him in the middle of enemies and he emerges virtually unscathed if there's no enemies with critical damage around. He also hits hard enough with Bare Fist to outdamage most of my weaker members in team attacks.

Current party for serious fights is Hyoma, Shizuku, Uru, Wallace, and Rin. Also trying to level Hayatemaru, Grave, and Hiro on the side.

Eh, like I said it's not difficult enough that you can't use whoever you want even in . I never really paid much attention to any of that. Personally I used Hyouma, Rin, Grave, and rotated between Growlanser characters (Carmaine, Zeonsilt, Monica, and Julia mostly)
