Made an account recently, downloaded Beneath a Steel Sky which is really cool so far, and am currently downloading Planescape: Torment. Any others? There's a big sale going on now until Christmas, thought I might get a few.
The Dungeon Keeper games are some of my favorite, though if you run a 64-bit computer, they take some tweaking to get running. The Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale games are great fun as well, if you like that style. Planescape is supposed to be pretty good, I haven't gotten around to playing it yet, so I can't say. Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura is a pretty fun Baldur's Gate style game.

I have the best friends ever. http://img.imgcake.com/JWBluejpghe.jpg
Thanks for the suggestions guys, looking into a few of them now. One game that caught my eye that no one mentioned yet, Sanitarium. Anyone have an opinion on that one?
Arg. No options at all for Planescape: Torment and the resolution is off. Looks like if I'm gonna play it I'm gonna have to keep switching the resolution myself which is a pain.
You should be active in the community and post in the forums.
In the past 3 months I was gifted or won in contests 6 games, not counting the Broken Sword and Empire Earth giveaways or the other free games. As well as a BoD7/CStW steam key.
The community is pretty generous, so if you post in the gifting thread you stand a good chance of getting something from someone who likes that game and wants other people to play it, especially while there's a sale going on.
