I've been staying up until 7am lately and I want to get back on a normal schedule. I'm visiting some family for Christmas and the kids cause everyone to get up around 7am so I can't be sleeping in until 3pm. I drove down to California at 2am last night and got maybe 3-4 hours of sleep. I've forced myself to stay up until now without napping so I could fix my schedule.
This is WEIRD.

Love is better than anger. Hope is better than fear. Optimism is better than despair. So let us be loving, hopeful and optimistic. And well change the world.
There's just something about the hours of 9pm-1am that causes me to have a horrible time getting to sleep. That's part of why I've split my sleep schedule so that I can get in a few hours of sleep just after work or classes, then take the bulk of my sleep from about 2-7am.
I went to sleep fine at 1030 and then I woke up for a bit a went back to sleep. I felt like so much time passed by and when I checked my phone it was only 2am. I then sat in bed for a good hour. Woke up again around 4am, sat for a bit and finally fell asleep and just woke up. Hopefully it goes smoother tomorrow but this bed I'm on is rock solid! My chest :(

Well it was the only extra king mattress they had. My brother got a futon and my sister got my other sister's daughter's super small bed. So, it was either give up room for a softer bed... not sure if it would be worth it.
