I plan to start next week but without the extra accessories (medicine ball etc.) and see how it goes. I know a handful of people here have done the original P90X, but has anyone tried the second? Any opinions on it?
In what way? I'm not really looking for something to get me in awesome shape, I just want a workout routine to get me through tax season, and I did P90X last year so I don't want to do it again.
I'd recommend against any of these personally, p90x insanity etc are mostly calisthenics which are easy enough to program yourself with a little knowledge
