Writing, for one. It's very, very well written. Not your typical JRPG crap at all. In fact, the script is probably the thing that makes it stand out the most.

Great music too. Battle system has a few small twists to make it more interesting than normal turn-based fare.

And last but not least, it's got a great time travel mechanic that I'm not really sure how to summarize, but it lets you revisit old events and make different decisions to go down different paths and whatever.

I'm having trouble finding it too! I wanted to preorder it, but I had no money when it released, so I was out of luck there. I figured I could get it off Amazon a bit later, they usually have JRPGs for a while, but nope. Now I can't find it anywhere and I've wanted it since day one, being a huge JRPG fan. =(

Well considering Atlus has stopped producing/profiting off of the game, I don't think anyone would blame you for, uh, borrowing the game from a friend, or something like that which wouldn't cost money.

Hey, they shouldn't have ordered Phoenix Wright either by that logic, but they still have a ton of copies sitting around. Along with, like, twenty copies of the Premium Edition of Ar Tonelico II (which is going for nearly $90 on Amazon now that I check). I don't know why they order these games, either.

I happen to be a proud owner of a non-bugged copy of Nocturne.

I can't see Atlus making too many new copies of Radiant Historia considering the sales were so low and the 3DS is already out, but what do I know?

I actually got a new copy for a friend from Gamestop for Christmas (about 3 weeks ago), and only had to drive ~6 miles for it. IIRC the searching for nearby stores with the game in stock from the website showed 6-7 copies within 20 miles, but trying the same thing now tells me there are no copies within 100 miles.
