Probably. Snake was on the insistence of Hideo Kojima, so I don't see any reason they'd take him out. And Sonic was a fan-favourite, especially with the Sonic & Mario series of games now.

Well they'd presumably need to renew the contract that allows their use of those characters... The only reason they would take them out was if negotiations fell through or something.
