Board 8 > Need help remembering a game

I thought it was Chuck Rock or Chuck Rock II, but the LPs I watched didn't have what I remembered...

-So the game was for Sega Genesis
-I originally thought it involved dinosaurs, but maybe it didn't
-It was a side-scrolling action platformer
-There was some crazy level (maybe a bonus level?) that had all sorts of insane colors, like lego blocks, which I only remember because the atmosphere was so starkly different than the other levels
