Since I got 8/8 on my QF picks, here are my SF picks.

Djokovic>Murray - Do I need to explain why?
Federer>Nadal - I correctly predicted that Nadal would be taken to 4 sets by Berdych, so I'll stick to the prediction I made back then that Federer will win this in 5.

Clijsters>Azarenka - I thought Clijsters would be taken to 3 sets last round. She will be this round.
Kvitova>Sharapova - This will also be a 3 set match, Women's tennis is so competitive right now, that I wouldn't be surprised if Sharapova won this match, but she has a history of choking, especially in more recent tournaments.

Here's a list of the last time each Slam was won by someone outwith the Big Three:

AO: Marat Safin, 2005
French: Gaston Gaudio, 2004
Wimbledon: Lleyton Hewitt, 2002
US Open: Juan Martin Del Potro, 2009

And the US Open was locked down from 2004-2008 by Federer. One way of summing up the level of dominance is to say that, assuming Murray doesn't win the AO this year, of the last 28 Slams, 27 have been won by Federer, Nadal or Djokovic.
