I like Delibird and Rufflet well enough. I think they both should have gotten just a touch higher.

But to me that's tempered by Jumpluff going down. I don't like that line, and I like it least of all. (Skiploom is at least all right, I guess)

I forget Altaria even exists most of the time. It's such a forgettable Pokemon. It's pretty low for Flying types and easily the worst Dragon.

And you should have done it. I have nothing against Pidgeotto, but I like Jumpluff more. Besides. Pidgeot is better.
