Not only is Soul Calibur one of my absolute favorite games now, but since then I've picked up:

-Power Stone 2
-Sonic Adventure
-Sonic Adventure 2
-Mortal Kombat Gold
-Jet Grind Radio
-JoJo's Bizarre Adventure
-Project Justice
-Marvel vs. Capcom

Crazy Taxi is in the mail, and I'll have to reorder Shenmue since the order got canceled.

But since then, I've opened my eyes to some amazing games that never appeared on any other system. Power Stone 2 is really good and I like its overall style. Great music, undeniable charm, interactive stages, and weapons. Jet Grind Radio is also really surprising me with its music and attitude, yet the controls are very fluid. And as the diehard Sonic fan I've always been, nothing makes me happier than playing two of my favorite 3D platformers again.

I don't think we'll ever get a system like it again.

power stone is on the PSP. both of them.
crazy taxi was butchered in any subsequent re-release though because they couldnt' get the liscence on some of the music.

also play grandia 2. somehow, the dreamcast ended with the best version of that.

Careful ordering DC games -- piracy on it is so easy that I found a lot of people you buy it from are just selling you copies they burned themselves.

....though i am rather surprised you're actually BUYING these things. considering the dreamcast's... lack of protection and the fact that absolutely nobody who worked on those games is getting a buck off you (not publisher, not developer)... yeah.

I'm gonna check out Grandia II. I hear great things. And yeah, I remember Power Stone was on PSP, but no friends with PSP = no multiplayer. It's fun with friends.

I've heard of the piracy on Dreamcast. I placed orders on Amazon, but I'm careful. As long as they got the box and manual, I'm good.

I'm very picky. I'm well aware of its lack of protection, but I'm liked this with any used game; if it doesn't have a box and I can't see it, I'll forget it's even there. There's a value to having the box, but I won't pay above $25 for a game.

Wow, Project Justice's controls are a joke. The inputs must be 100% precise or you can forget about doing a special move. It's nearly impossible to QCF, but I can guarantee this isn't Sega's fault; the Dreamcast controller's D-Pad would be perfect for a fighter. There's no excuse, Capcom.
