I must admit that when the gang escapes on that "stolen" ship that was actually provided by Dysley near the beginning, and they blasted their way out of some cave and were suddenly in a huge open environment, I thought they were on Pulse.

Only for about the remainder of that cutscene though.

The game does a pretty horrible job at worldbuilding despite the beauty of it all. I still have no idea whether or not the gravity is upside down at the top of Cocoon and people live on the "ceiling".

But not getting that the huge... cocoon... in the sky was Cocoon? Sheesh.

I actually made several of the same assumptions that pun made for some amount of time after getting to Pulse for the first time, but then I checked the datalog and it cleared everything up nicely.

Pulse Chocobo theme awww yea. I loved saving the game while riding on one, so when i boot up the game, the music will be playing while it loads during the text wall

I like this boss music because it raises morale and it sounds like a FFT song


I have a soft spot for Serah's theme, which is basically the main theme but with Lyrics


To a lesser extent, this one, which is a techno remix of Serah's theme. its a guilty pleasure >_>

And Surprise, the Leona Lewis song. I remember this song getting a LOT of hate (never heard it before I played this game) and man, its extremely triumphant, the lyrics match the theme, and it made me feel warm and fuzzy when it was playing during the ending

someone refresh my memory

during one of the 50 times Sazh and Vanille gets separated from the group, they end up in a factory lookin place (where you fight bombs for the first time, at least AFAIK) where they play some jazzy lounge music

is that "Can't Catch a break" or an entirely different song?
