So I don't know a good weapon for this. By necessity, I'll have to dual wield, so I'm thinking maybe Urgosh? Waraxe seems attractive, though.

I want to use twin strike, and it requires using two weapons. I would actually prefer a maul or a spear, in fact, but twin strike is too important to the concept to give up.

Avengers have enough problems doing striker-level damage without you giving them weak weapons too. Bad plan.

I also don't know why you'd take TWF here, it's a +1 damage bonus and therefore incredibly negligible without any of the support.

Because twin strike requires two weapons, and my idea here is twin strike + oath of enmity. There are one-handed weapons that can do 1d12 damage, that seems perfectly fine, doesn't it?

Your damage output is going to be worse than Shay's. And I mean it. You're not going to miss, but you're not going to inconvenience enemies either. Let's not even talk about how your AC is in the gutter either, a minion could tag you on a 4. It's gonna be a miserable slog through the Heroic Tier until 11.
