Seifer Almasy Fun Facts:

Has now been in 5 contests, qualifying him for all-time stats! He actually has a somewhat respectable 45.45 Percentile.

This comes from his 16th place finish in his CVIII debut and his followup performance of 15th in CIX.

After that though, Seifer support completely fell off the map. 50th in CX, 68th and booted in CXI, and 82nd here now and needing help to get back next time.

He has nearly double the percentage of the sorceress he just gave his life to protect. Edea only comes in at a 22.27 currently. She also has 9 contests to Seifer's 5. What a loyal knight.

Seifer was the most nominated person of newcomers or returners this time around. Blame these people: charon, mnk, Brett, Swarles, Suor, Drak, swordz, Enoch, paul

If I don't, these things are going to be over in two hours. If I do, it could create wonky results. I'll sleep on it.

Next rule change is 1 an hour 2 to be safe regardless.

-Next round, with 80 remaining

if you're doing morning/noon next you won't need 2 saves for sure. next evening round might need it though... but then morning/noon rounds still won't for a while

This game can handle a rule change at any given time, honestly. It's more about how short the rounds become before it becomes "too much". I just wanted to know how committed I would have to be to show up in the morning.

that's true. last time the 1-save-needed rounds didn't even start until 65 left, those were all under 2 hours, and by the end they were barely over an hour. and i'm assuming in previous years it was just like that as well.

Well this was a bad round! Nothing I could've done about that one, these evening rounds really box out the European players (I don't blame you for that though, they are clearly significantly more popular than the day rounds considering that they end so damn fast).

I also wouldn't like a rules change until at most 75 characters remain.
