Like, when IE freezes, and you have to end-task it, and you select "close this program" because you know waiting won't do any good, how it doesn't close right away, instead you get this stupid little box that comes up and says "Windows is searching for a solution to this problem" that wastes 15 seconds of your life before it just does what you asked for and closes the program anyway?

According to people I know who work in web development, IE10 is actually ahead of Firefox right now, and actually competes with Chrome on some benchmarks.
That said, if you're using IE6 or something like that, please never do that again, and make sure it is wiped from your hard drive forever. Using IE6 is like a crime against the Internet.
