Yeah, it got pretty boring. It didn't help that the party members kept getting worse as they joined.

Well when your first party member is Yuri Lowell, it is all downhill from there.

Thankfully, there's a program online that solves the clock puzzles for you. I think that may be the least fun minigame ever.

Clock puzzles weren't that bad. I only used the program once when you had to do like 40 in Oerba.

It's not a matter of difficulty, it's a matter of them not being fun.

Don't even get me started on the terrible quiz game that you do....what, 5 times, that ends with you picking a hand at random.

The constellation stuff was alright, though.

I enjoyed the four clock puzzles that you have to do in the maingame, and thought they were the best of the pocket dimension puzzles. Dunno about aftergame, didn't bother.

FF13-2's pretty cool. Plot picks up a bit at the end though isn't the reason to play the game.

Clock puzzles are good if you like puzzles.

Connecting the crystals was the worst and completely tedious and uh, not a puzzle.

I didn't mind the clock puzzles at first, until I got to the ones that were randomly regenerated every time you failed them and had time limits. augh

The main plot (stuff with Caius) wasn't that great imo, but all the plot events (stuff with Alyssa, Snow, Hope, etc.) were pretty awesome, and that made up most of it so I was pretty happy with what we got. Loved the game in general though. Paradox endings were awesome, and just adventuring through time was always fun. I kinda agree with the people who say it feels more like a Chrono game than an FF. Easily the best FF since IX, and my favorite RPG so far this generation.
