Debuted in CII, was booted in CIV, showed back up in CIX to get booted again, and then finished up here in CXIV at 67th.

HOWEVER that means that this is his fifth contest and so he enters the All-Time Stats at... 20.91. Yikes.

This makes Irvine the lowest ranked FFVIII character, and the sixth worst of all time (above Yang, Amarant, Edward, Shuyin, and Wakka)

This brings up something I wanted to ask people. I sort of threw 5 being the minimum for all-time stats out there in CX because it was half at the time and thought it was a large enough sample size to actually matter. No one disagreed.

I for one like the number, but I've had some people say that 4 is large enough and would allow more people to make the list quicker. What say you all?

Okay, here we go.

1) Kimahri Ronso
The only playable character from games not called FF2 and FF3 or named Umaro/Gogo to not make the contest more than once. What more needs to be said? He deserves another shot immediately!

2) Paine
In far less contests than I originally thought and gone for far longer than I remembered. No reason to not be popular and generally called the best thing out of FFX-2.

3) General Leo
FFVI is spread a bit thing, but this guy should be popular in theory. Definitely the strongest thing FFVI has to offer the contest in the future.

4) Vaan
Only main character besides Firion and FF3 to appear on this list. Was able to survive two boot rounds. Might be interesting to get him to 5 contests so we can more accurately compare his strength with fellow FF leads.

5) Meliadoul Tingel
Apparently the only character to appear in four consecutive contests and then not return for seven contests.
