Robert Sherman, half of the duo know as the Sherman Brothers, who wrote the songs to many Disney films, most notably The Jungle Book and Mary Poppins, has passed away. Let us Disney fans unite and mourn this great loss.

I saw this earlier today and was quite sad. He's such an important figure in the Disney realm. His music not only had an impact on the movies, but was used all over the parks as well. He will be missed.
