There's a decent chunk of grinding and some stupid grinding for stupid trophies, but only really one hard trophy. Also, what do you think of Hidden Trophies/Achievements? I think they're really annoying personally, though they are necessary to spoiler certain trophies. Unhiding those trophies after you get a "beat the game" trophy would be the smart thing to do... Online is just various quests in those areas from single player. You start at Guild Rank 1 and can only do quests from those ranks and as you do more quests you increase your rank get access to more and harder quests.
