Blizzards are just strong winds that move a ton of snow obscuring vision. Icestorms is pretty much rain that freezes as soon as it touches something and thus sticks ice **ing everywhere, and since ice is kinda heavy it causes a lot of power failures and takes down trees and stuff. I mean there is no way that a blizzard is going to be worse than a tsunami if you're going to be hit by both. And it's hard to see being more scared of a wildfire than a tornado if you live in a densely populated city.
