Yeah, Kansas had it snow once all winter.

In Winnipeg, known for brutally cold and snow filled winters (and springs for that matter), it was 26 C on Monday. In mid-March. This NEVER happens. We had 2 days of a fairly large amount of snow. Two weeks after the second one, all the snow is gone and it feels like summer.

Only the butthole parts of Oregon where no one lives (compared to almost no one near I-5 and west) does it snow, and obviously the mountains where no one lives. Living on the coast for 23 years it snowed probably less than 10 of those years at all, and instead is just months of driving 39 degree rain and wind.
